You will need:

Total Yarn 100 g / 260 m/ 284 yds
Ball (50g) contains 130 m/ 142 yds (medium)
Hook Size 5 mm (US H/8, UK 6)

Size:

Width: 46 cm / 18 in
Length: 28 cm / 11 in

Terminology:

st – stitch
sts – stitches
CH – chain
SC – single crochet
SCBLO – single crochet back loop only
HDCBLO – half double crochet back loop only
DCBLO – double crochet back loop only

Instructions:

I’m going to make a Ribbed pattern
To begin make 44 chains.
Row 1: skip chain and make SC in every chain across. Total 43 SCs.
Row 2: CH and turn; make SC in the back loop only (SCBLO) in the next 25 sts; Put the stitch marker. Make HDC in the back loop only (HDCBLO) in the next 2 sts; DC in the back loop only (DCBLO) in the next 16 sts; Total 43 sts
Row 3: CH and turn; make SCBLO in every stitch across; Total 43 sts
Row 4: CH and turn; SCBLO 25; HDCBLO 2; DCBLO 16; Total 43 sts

Move the stitch marker on the loop above, in each row.

Continue repeat Rows 3 – 4
If you need a different size, make more or fewer rows.
Join first and last row with slip stitches.
