You will need:
Hook Size 4,5 mm
Sewing needle
Tape measure
Stitch markers
Total Yarn 300 g (852 m / 930 yards)
Ball contains 50 g (3 oz) = 142 m /155 yds
Terminology:
st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet (yarn over the hook once)
V st – DC 2 with chain one
Shell – DC 3 + chain + DC 3
Size: M
Width = 51 cm / 20.1 in Length = 60 cm / 23.6 in
You can easily customize vest to your liking.
Number of chains for different sizes of vest:
Front side 1
S = 28 chains
M = 28 chains
L = 36 chains
XL = 36 chains
XXL = 44 chains
Front side 2
S = 44 chains
M = 52 chains
L = 52 chains
XL = 60 chains
XXL = 60 chains

S = 68 chains
M = 76 chains
L = 84 chains
XL = 92 chains

Instructions:
Front side 1
Make 28 chains (Multiple of 8 plus 4)
Row 1: skip chain 3 (CH 3 as first st); DC in the fourth chain; CH 3, skip chain 3; SC; CH 3, skip chain 3; *V st; CH 3 and skip chain 3; SC; CH 3, skip chain 3 *repeat this process; DC 2 in the last chain.
Row 2: CH 3, DC 3 in the first st, SC in the next chain three space, CH, skip SC, SC in the next chain three space; *Shell into the V st; SC in the next chain three space, CH, skip SC, SC in the next chain three space *repeat this process; DC 4 in the last stitch.
Row 3: CH one and make SC in the first stitch; CH 3; V st in the next chain one space; CH 3; *SC into the middle of the shell; CH 3; V st in the next chain one space; CH 3 *repeat this process; SC in the last stitch.
Row 4: CH one, SC in the first st; SC in the first chain three space; Shell into the V st; *SC in the next chain three space, CH, skip SC, SC in the next chain three space, Shell into the V st *repeat this process; SC in the last chain three space and SC in the last stitch.

Make 76 chains (Multiple of 8 plus 4)
Rows 1 – 57: Do the first row once. Rows 2 – 5 repeat 14 times
Connect the shoulder pieces with the back of the blouse. Use the sewing needle and yarn.
Measure 20 cm / 8 inches from the top (on both sides) and put the stitch marker. (This is the armhole)
Connect the front and back pieces with sewing needle and yarn.
Edges
Row 1 – 2: single crochet stitches around the vest.
