Today I will show you how to crochet a shell pattern. This pattern You can use for a blouse, vest, scarf, sweater and many other things. Easy to make. To crochet this pattern, you will need to know how to 1) crochet a chain 2) single crochet stitch 3) double crochet stitch 4) V stitch and 5) Shell stitches

You will need:
You can use any yarn and hook you have or love.
You will need to know a few basics of crochet for this project.
Terminology:
st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet (yarn over the hook once)
V st – DC 2 with chain
Shell – DC 3 + chain + DC 3
Instructions:
To begin, it’s necessary to make a chains. Multiple of 8 + 4
I’m going to make 28 chains (multiple of 8 + 4)
Row 1: skip chain 3 (CH 3 as first st); DC in the fourth chain; CH 3, skip chain 3; SC; CH 3, skip chain 3; *V st; CH 3, skip chain 3; SC; CH 3, skip chain 3 *repeat this process; DC 2 in the last chain.
Row 2: CH 3, DC 3 in the first st, SC in the next chain three space, CH, skip SC, SC in the next chain three space; *Shell into the V st; SC in the next chain three space, CH, skip SC, SC in the next chain three space *repeat this process; DC 4 in the last stitch.
Switch to a yellow-colored yarn.
Row 3: CH one and make SC in the first stitch; CH 3; V st in the next chain one space; CH 3; *SC into the middle of the shell; CH 3; V st in the next chain one space; CH 3 *repeat this process; SC in the last stitch.
Row 4: CH one, SC in the first st; SC in the next chain three space; Shell into the V st; *SC in the next chain three space, CH, skip SC, SC in the next chain three space, Shell into the V st *repeat this process; SC in the last chain three space and SC in the last stitch.
Switch to a brown-colored yarn.
Row 5: CH 3, DC in the first st, CH 3; SC into the middle of the shell; CH 3; *V st in the next chain one space; CH 3, SC into the middle of the shell; CH 3 *repeat this process; DC 2 in the last stitch.
Do the first row once. Rows 2 – 5 repeat multiple times
Work two rows with the same color of yarn.
Pattern = Rows 2 – 5
