259 – DIY Tutorial – Easy Crochet Fingerless Gloves

On this page you can see step by step instruction and video tutorial how to crochet Fingerles gloves. This is an easy tutorial.
You will need to know a few basics of crochet for this project. 
1) crochet a chain
2) crochet a single crochet stitch
3) crochet a Puff stitch

You will need:
– I used 50 g yarn
Yarn: 100 g (3.5 oz) / 250 m (273 yards)
50% WOOL / 50% ACRILIC
– Hook Size 4,5 mm

Terminology:
st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
Puff st – represents a group of 3 incomplete stitches into the same stitch/place. When you finish crocheting the partial stitches you will then close the stitch by pulling the yarn through all of the loops that are remaining on the hook.
Size: Adult

Instructions:
To begin make 31 chains. If you need a different size, feel free to either add or subtract from this chain number.

Row 1: skip chain, SC to the end row. Total 30 SCs.
Row 2: CH one and make SC in the back loops only in the next 10 stitches, Puff st in the next stitch, *CH one, skip st, Puff st *repeat this process; SC into the last st. Turn your work.
Row 3: CH one and make SC in the first stitch, Puff st in the next stitch, *CH one, skip st, Puff st over Puff st, *repeat this process until you have done 10 Puff stitches. Make SC in the back loops only in the next 10 stitches.
Rows 4 – 7: CH one and make SC in the back loops only to the end row. Total 30 SCs.
Pattern = Rows 2 – 7
Rows 8 – 34: Repeat pattern
Watch what the pattern looks like. Both sides can be right.
Fold your work in half. We’ll connect the top and bottom. In between, there is a thumb opening.
Connect the sides together, leaving the space for the thumb opening. Connect with a slip stitches.
Make sl.sts to the fifth Puff st. Then, make SC 9. Count 9 stitches on the other side. Connect and continue to make SCs around (SC 9).
