201 –DIY Easy Crochet Hairband for Skin Care

I’ll show you how to make a very simple hairband in a very short time. You can use this hairband when you apply your makeup or for your skincare routine in the evening or in the morning. It is just an easy way to have your hair out of your face.
You need to know how to crochet the next stitches: chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet and half double crochet stitches.

You will need:
Hook Size 2 mm
Yarn 50 g (one ball)
Ball contains 137 yds / 125 m

Terminology:
st – Stitch
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet
HDC – half double crochet

Instructions:

Start 13 chains
Row 1: skip 2 chains, 11 half double crochet; Total 12 stitches. Turn your work.
Rows 2-7: CH 1, one HDC to the end row; Total 12 HDC. Turn your work.
Row 8: CH 3, double crochet stitch (DC) in the next stitch. *CH, DC *repeat nine times. DC in the last stitch. Turn your work.
Row 9: CH 3, *DC 2 in a chain space *repeat nine times. DC in the last stitch. Turn your work.
Row 10: CH 3, DC in a space, *skip 2 st, DC 2 in a space * repeat nine times. Turn your work.
Row 11: CH 3, skip one stitch, DC 2 in a space, *skip 2 st, DC 2 in a space * repeat nine times. DC in the last stitch. Turn your work.
Rows 12-53: Repeat Rows 10-11
I made 42 more rows for my hairband. 
Total 53 rows.
It’s up to you to determine how many rows you wont to make for the hairband. 
Row 54: CH3, DC in a space, *skip 2 st, DC in a space * repeat, DC in the last stitch. Total 12 stitches.
Rows 55-61: CH 1, one HDC to the end row; Total 12 HDC.

Row 62: CH, SC 5, CH 5, skip 2 stitches, (It’s a button hole) SC 5 to the end row.

Fasten the button. 
Row 1-7: CH 3, DC 10
Connect with slip stitches.
