You will need:
Hook size 2,5 mm
Colorful cotton yarn 400g (8 x 50g)
8 balls of colorfu cotton yarn. Each ball contains 137 yds / 125 m

Size: L

Terminology:
st – Stitch
CH – Chain Stitch
SC – Single Crochet
DC – Double Crochet
Shell stitch – 6DC Shell with CH-2 space (3DC+2CH+3DC in one space)

Instructions:

First You are going to do one half of the blouse. (225 stitches in one row = 128 cm / 50.4 inches)
Start 225 chains (Multiples of 8 st + 1)

Row 1: CH2, skip CH 3, one double crochet stitch in the next 224 chains. Total 225 stitches. Turn your work.
Row 2: CH 4, skip next stitch, *DC, CH, skip stitch, DC *repeat to the end row. Turn your work.
Row 3: CH 3, DC in the first chain space, CH, DC in the next chain space, *CH, DC in the chain space *repeat to the end row. DC in the last stitch. Turn your work.
Row 4: CH3, one double crochet stitch in the next 224 st. *DC over DC, DC in chain space *repeat to the end row. Total 225 stitches. Turn your work.

Lace Pattern (9 rows)
Row 5: CH 3, skip 3 st, Shell st (3DC+2CH+3DC in one stitch), skip 3st, DC
*skip 3st, Shell st, skip 3st, DC *repeat entire row. Turn your work.
Row 6: CH 6, SC in chain space, CH 3, DC over DC, *CH 3, SC in chain space, CH 3, DC over DC *repeat entire row. Turn your work.
Row 7: CH 3, DC 3 in chain space, DC over SC, DC 3 in chain space, DC over DC, *DC 3 in chain space, DC over SC, DC 3 in chain space, DC over DC *repeat entire row. Total 225 stitches. Turn your work.
Rows 8 – 13: Repeat Rows 5 – 7 two times

Continue to make Rows of DC stitches (12 rows)
Rows 14-25: CH3, one double crochet stitch in the next 224 st. Total 225 stitches. Turn your work.
We made one half of the blouse.

After 25 rows fold your work in half matching the top to the bottom. Mark central stitch of the top. Count over 34 stitches to the right and 34 stitches to the left side and place the stitch marker in this places. There are 69 stitches between first and last markers.
Now we can do Row 26.

Row 26: CH 3, one DC stitch in the next 77 stitches. Make chains 69, skip 69 stitches and make 78 double crochet stitches to the end row.

Rows 27-51: Repeat Rows 25-1

We will measure 20 cm from the top of the shoulder and put the stitch marker. Sew the front and back parts with needle and yarn.

Connect your yarn anywhere you wish and just evenly do single crochet stitches around the neck hole edging.
