You will need:
Hook Size 3 mm
Scissors
Markers
Tape measure
Yarn 50g – 120m
One ball of blue and white yarns.

Size: 3 to 6 months
Measure sole: Width = 5,5cm / 2.16″ Length = 10cm / 4″
Height: 6cm/2.4″

Terminology:
st – Stitch
CH – Chain Stitch st
SC – Single Crochet st
DC – Double Crochet st
HDC – Half Double Crochet st
SC2tog – SC 2 together

Instructions:

Sole
Make 12 chains
Rnd 1: skip 3 CH; DC in the next 8 CH; DC 6 in the last CH. Continue to work in a circle. DC in the next 8 CH on the other side chains. DC 5 in the last CH. Connect with sl st.
Rnd 2: chain 1, SC 4, HDC 1, DC 4, 2DC in each of 6 stitches at the toes, DC 4, HDC 1, SC 4, 2 SC in each of 4 stitches at the heel. Connect with sl st.
Rnd 3: chain 2, DC 11, 2 DC in each of 8 stitches at the toes, DC 12, 2 DC in each of 6 stitches at the heel; 1 DC in the last stitch. Total 52 stitches. Connect with sl st.
Rnd 4: chain 1, 52 SC st around through back loops of each st. Connect with sl st.
Rnd 5: chain 1, 52 SC st entire row.
Drop color white. Change to color blue.
Rnd 6: chain 1, 52 SC st entire row.

Make one row of slip stitches between Rnd 3 and Rnd 4. Catch the yarn tail and pull it through the back of the work.

UPPER (toes):
Mark central stitch.
Read off 5 stitches to the right and 5 stitches to the left side. Place the marker.
Read off 10 stitches to the right and 10 stitches to the left side.
Place the marker. There are 20 stitches between first and last markers.

Row 1: SC2tog, SC 6, SC2tog, Turn your work.
Row 2: skip stitch, SC 7, SC 2, Turn your work.
Row 3: skip stitch, SC 8, SC 2, Turn your work.
Row 4: skip stitch, SC 9, SC 2, Turn your work.
Row 5: skip stitch, SC 10, SC 2, Turn your work.
Row 6: skip stitch, SC 11, SC 1, Turn your work.
Row 7: skip stitch, SC 11, SC 1, Turn your work.

Tongue
Row 8: skip stitch, SC 11, Turn your work.
Row 9: skip stitch, SC 10, Turn your work.
Rows 10-15: CH 1, SC 10, Turn your work.

Make two rows of edges.
First row: Make the edge with single crochet stitches using blue yarn. SC 2 in the corners.
Drop color blue. Change to color white.
Second row – white yarn

Heel
Row 1: SC2tog, SC 13, SC2tog, SC 13, SC2tog. Turn your work.
Row 2: CH 1, skip 2 st, SC 27. Turn your work.
Row 3: CH 1, skip 2 st, SC 25. Turn your work.
Row 4: CH 1, skip 2 st, SC 23. Turn your work.
Row 5: CH 1, skip 2 st, SC 21. Turn your work.
Row 6: CH 1, skip 2 st, SC 19, CH 1

We make three rows of edges. 
Make the edges with single crochet stitches using blue yarn. SC 2 in the corners.
Make 3th Row. CH 1, SC 3, CH 2, skip st, SC 2, CH 2, skip st, 2 SC in a corner, SC 19, 2 SC in a corner, CH 2, skip st, SC 2, CH 2, skip st, SC 2, slip stitch.

Laces: CH 70 – 90
