You will need:
Hook Size 3 mm
Scissors
Tape measure
Yarn 50 g – 120 m

Size:
0 to 3 months: measure sole 3.5 ” / 9 cm
3 to 6 months: measure sole 4 ” / 10 cm
6 to 9 months: measure sole 4.5 ” / 11.5 cm
9 to 12 months: measure sole 5 ” / 12.7 cm

Terminology:
st – Stitch
sl st – Slip Stitch
CH – Chain Stitch st
SC – Single Crochet st
DC – Double Crochet st
HDC – Half Double Crochet st

Instructions:

Size 1 
0 to 3 months: measure sole 3,5 ” / 9 cm
Make 11 chains
Rnd 1: skip 3 CH; DC in the next 7 CH; DC 6 in the last CH. Continue to work in a circle. DC in the next 7 CH on the other side chains. DC 5 in the last CH. Connect with sl st.(sl st in the 2nd CH)
Rnd 2: chain 1, SC 3, HDC 1, DC 4, 2DC in each of 6 stitches at the toes, DC 4, HDC 1, SC 3, 2 SC in each of 4 stitches at the heel. Connect with sl st.
Rnd 3: chain 2, DC 10, 2 DC in each of 8 stitches at the toes, DC 11, 2 DC in each of 6 stitches at the heel; 1 DC in the last stitch. Connect with sl st.(sl st in the 3nd CH)

Size 2 
3 to 6 months: measure sole 4 ” / 10 cm
Make 12 chains
Rnd 1: skip 3 CH; DC in the next 8 CH; DC 6 in the last CH. Continue to work in a circle. DC in the next 8 CH on the other side chains. DC 5 in the last CH. Connect with sl st. (sl st in the 2nd CH)
Rnd 2: chain 1, SC 4, HDC 1, DC 4, 2DC in each of 6 stitches at the toes, DC 4, HDC 1, SC 4, 2 SC in each of 4 stitches at the heel. Connect with sl st.
Rnd 3: chain 2, DC 11, 2 DC in each of 8 stitches at the toes, DC 12, 2 DC in each of 6 stitches at the heel; 1 DC in the last stitch. Connect with sl st.(sl st in the 3nd CH)

Size 3 
6 to 9 months: measure sole 4.5 ” / 11.5 cm
Make 13 chains
Rnd 1: skip 3 CH; DC in the next 9 CH; DC 6 in the last CH. Continue to work in a circle. DC in the next 9 CH on the other side chains. DC 5 in the last CH. Connect with sl st (sl st in the 2nd CH)
Rnd 2: chain 1, SC 5, HDC 1, DC 4, 2DC in each of 6 stitches at the toes, DC 4, HDC 1, SC 5, 2 SC in each of 4 stitches at the heel. Connect with sl st.
Rnd 3: chain 2, DC 12, 2 DC in each of 8 stitches at the toes, DC 13, 2 DC in each of 6 stitches at the heel; 1 DC in the last stitch. Connect with sl st. (sl st in the 3nd CH)

Size 4 
9 to 12 months: measure sole 5 ” / 12.7 cm
Make 14 chains
Rnd 1: skip 3 CH; DC in the next 10 CH; DC 6 in the last CH. Continue to work in a circle. DC in the next 10 CH on the other side chains. DC 5 in the last CH. Connect with sl st (sl st in the 2nd CH)
Rnd 2: chain 1, SC 5, HDC 1, DC 5, 2DC in each of 6 stitches at the toes, DC 5, HDC 1, SC 5, 2 SC in each of 4 stitches at the heel. Connect with sl st.
