Terminology:

st – stitch

CH – chain stitch

SC – single crochet stitch
Cluster st. – make a group of 2 incomplete stitches in 2 subsequent stitches. You will then close the stitch by pulling the yarn through all of the 5 loops.

Instructions:

To begin make chains.

Row 1: skip chain and make single crochet stitch (SC) in the second chain, SC in every chain across.

Row 2:  CH 3 and turn. Now, we make cluster stitch. How to make cluster stitch? We are going to make a group of 2 incomplete stitches in 2 subsequent stitches. We will then close the stitch by pulling the yarn through all of the 5 loops.

We start each next cluster stitch from the last stitch made. Repeat this process to the end of the row. Make DC in the last st.

Row 3: CH one and turn, SC in every stitch across
