You can see Step by step instructions and a video tutorial on how to crochet a summer top. Easy to make.
The blouse consists of two equal parts. And finally, join the two parts with a needle and yarn. You can easily customize a blouse to your size.

You will need:

Cotton Yarn 350 g / 959 m / 959 yds (Weight #2)
Ball (50g) contains 137 yds / 125 m)
Hook size 3,25 mm (or 3 mm), US size D-3
Tape measure
Stitch markers
Sewing needle

Size: M (medium)

Width = 47 cm / 18.5 in
Length = 52 cm / 20.5 in

Terminology:

st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
DC – double crochet (yarn over the hook once)
ext DC – extended double crochet stitch  (Yarn over the hook, and then insert the hook into a stitch. Yarn over the hook, and draw up a loop. Now we have three loops on the hook. Yarn over the hook again and draw the yarn through 1 loop on the hook and then, draw the yarn through 2 loops on the hook and, 2 loops again.)

Instruction:

The blouse consists of two equal parts.
We make one part of the blouse.

Make an odd number of chains (189 chains for Size M)
When folded in half, the length of the blouse is obtained
If you want, you can make more chains to make the blouse longer.
You can easily customize a blouse to your size.

Row 1: skip CH 3 (as the first stitch) and make DC one in the 4th chain, make DC one in each chain across.
Row 2: CH 4 and turn, skip one stitch, DC one *CH, skip st, DC *repeat to the end of the row
Rows 3 – 8: CH 4 and turn, DC one in the next DC, *CH, DC one in the next DC *repeat to the end of the row
Rows 9 – 11: CH 3, make extended DC one in each stitch across.
Row 12: CH 4 and turn, skip one stitch, DC one *CH, skip st, DC *repeat to the end of the row
Rows 13 – 15: CH 3, make extended DC one in each stitch across.
Row 16: CH 4 and turn, skip one stitch, DC one *CH, skip st, DC *repeat to the end of the row
Rows 17 – 19: CH 3, make extended DC one in each stitch across.
Row 20: CH 4 and turn, skip one stitch, DC one *CH, skip st, DC *repeat to the end of the row
Row 21: CH 3, make DC one in each stitch across.

One part of the blouse is done.
21 rows (23 cm / 9 in)
189 chains (96 cm / 38 in)

If you want a different size you can make more or fewer rows.

Different sizes:
S = 18 rows (21 cm / 8.2 in)
M = 21 rows (23 cm / 9 in)
L = 24 rows (25 cm / 10 in)
XL = 27 rows (27 cm / 10.6 in)
XXL = 30 rows (29 cm / 11.4 in)

Make the second part in the same way

Join the two parts with a needle and yarn.

When we have finished joining the parts, we have to make the bottom edge of the blouse (several rows of DC stitches)
