You will need:
I used 12 balls of yarn (600 g / 1200 m / 1308 yds)
Ball Weight: 50g (medium / #2 weight)
Yarn Length: 100 m (109 yds)
Hook Size 5 mm (US 8)

Size: M – L – XL

Width = 70 cm / 27.5 in
Length = 55 cm / 21.6 in

Terminology:
st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet (yarn over the hook once)

Instructions:

FRONT
We’ll make the front of the sweater first.
To begin make 101 chains.
Row 1: skip chain and make SC entire row. Total 100 SC. Turn your work.
Rows 2 – 10: CH; make SC in the back loops entire row; Total 100 SC
Rows 11 – 45: SC plus CH (first stitch), DC entire row; Total 100 stitches

Width = 70 cm / 27.5 in Length = 50 cm / 19.5 in

Shoulder part 1

Count 32 stitches from the end of the row and put the stitch marker (22 cm / 8.5 in)

Rows 1 – 3: SC plus CH (first stitch), DC 31; Total 32 sts.

Shoulder part 2

Count 32 stitches from the end of the row and put the stitch marker.

Rows 1 – 3: SC plus CH (first stitch), DC 31; Total 32 sts.
Row 4: SC plus CH (first stitch), DC 31; make 36 chains and continue to do the fourth row of double crochet stitches on the other side of the shoulder.

Now we continue to do the back of the sweater

BACK

Rows 1- 39: SC plus CH (first stitch), DC entire row; Total 100 stitches
Row 40: CH, SC entire row. Total 100 SC
Rows 41 – 49: CH; make SC in the back loops entire row; Total 100 SC

Sleeves

Measure 15 cm / 6 inches (11 rows) from the top of the shoulders and put the stitch marker. That will mark an opening for the sleeve.
There are 22 rows from one stitch marker to another
If you are doing a larger size make wider sleeves.

Row 1: Make double crochet stitches (DC). One row two loops (22 rows = 44 stitches)

Row 2 – 31: SC + CH, DC 43; Total 44 sts
Row 32: CH, SC entire row. Total 44 SC
Rows 33 – 41: CH; make SC in the back loops entire row; Total 44 SC

Width = 15 cm / 6 in Length = 45 cm / 17.6 in

If you want, you can make more rows to make the sleeve longer.

Use your yarn and sew sleeves, front and back pieces.

Edges

Rows 1 – 2: CH, SC entire row
