This is an infinity lace scarf tutorial.

You will need:
You can use any yarn and hook you have or love.
I used 200 g of cotton yarn (4 balls of green yarn. Each ball (50g) contains 93 yds/ 85 m)
and Hook Size 4 mm
Terminology:
st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet (yarn over the hook once)
TC – treble crochet (yarn over the hook twice)
Shell – TC 5 Shell with chain two space (TC+CH2+TC+CH2+TC+CH2+TC+CH2+TC in one stitch)
½ Shell – TC 3 Shell with chain two space (TC+CH2+TC+CH2+TC in one stitch)
Size:
Width = 23 cm / 9 inches
Length = 150 cm / 59 inches
Instructions:
To begin, it’s necessary to make a chains. Multiple of 10 + 2
I’m going to make 42 chains (Multiple of 10 + 2)
Row 1: skip chain, SC in the next chain, *CH, skip CH 4, Shell, CH, skip CH 4, SC *repeat to the end row
Shell = DC 5 Shell with chain two space
Row 2: CH 5; DC in the first chain space of the shell, CH 3, SC in the middle of the shell, CH 3, DC in the last chain space of the shell, *CH 2, DC in the first chain space of the shell, CH 3, SC in the middle of the shell, CH 3, DC in the last chain space of the shell *repeat this process; CH and TC in the last stitch.
Row 3: CH 6; TC + CH 2 + TC in the first chain space, CH, SC over SC, CH; *Shell in the chain two space, CH, SC over SC, CH *repeat this process; ½ Shell in the last chain space
Row 4: CH, SC in the first st, CH 3, DC in the second chain space of the ½ shell, CH 2, *DC in the first chain space of the shell, CH 3, SC in the middle of the shell, CH 3, DC in the last chain space of the shell, CH 2 *repeat this process; DC in the first chain two space of the ½ shell; CH 3; SC in the last chain space.
Row 5: chain, SC in the first stitch, *CH, Shell in the chain two space, CH, SC over SC *repeat to the end row
Row 6: CH 5, DC in the first chain space of the shell, CH 3, SC in the middle of the shell, CH 3, DC in the last chain space of the shell, *CH 2, DC in the first chain space of the shell, CH 3, SC in the middle of the shell, CH 3, DC in the last chain space of the shell *repeat this process; CH and TC in the last stitch.
Do the first and second rows once. Rows 3 – 6 repeat multiple times

How to Crochet the Edge – Picot Edging
1. Create two chain stitches (CH 2)
2. Insert your hook in the second chain from the hook and make slip stitch
3. SC 2 in the chain space
4. SC over SC or SC over DC
5. Repeat steps 1-4 across the row.
