Instructions:

Make a circle.
Rnd 1:

CH, SC, CH2, SC (first corner), SC, CH2, SC (second corner), SC, CH2, SC (third corner), SC, CH2, SC (fourth corner)
Slip stitch to that first stitch just to close the round
