st – stitch
sts – stitches
CH – chain stitch
DC – double crochet stitch (yarn over the hook once)
V-cluster st = DC cluster + CH 1 + DC cluster in one space
Instructions:
Start 23 chains or any multiple of 3 + 2.
Row 1: skip 3 chains, and make V-cluster sts in the fourth chain (DC cluster + CH 1 + DC cluster),
*skip 2 chains, V-cluster sts (DC cluster + CH 1 + DC cluster)
*repeat this pattern across the row
DC in the last chain
Row 2: Now you can use the same color or change colors.
CH 3, turn your work, V-cluster sts in the chain space (in the center of the previous V-cluster sts),
*V-cluster sts in the chain space
*repeat this process in each chain space across the row
DC in the last stitch
