You will need:
Total Yarn 100 g / 230 m / 252 yds
Ball (50g) contains 115 m / 126 yds
Hook Size 3.5 mm (US 4)
Size:
Width = 16 cm / 6.3 in
Length = 86 cm / 34 in
Terminology:
st – stitch
sts – stitches
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
HDC – Half Double Crochet
DC – double crochet stitch
Shell – 6 DC Shell with two chains (DC3 + CH2 + DC3 in one space)
Instructions:
To begin, chain 31 or any multiple of 5 + 1
Row 1: skip 3 chains and make double crochet stitch (DC) in the fourth chain, skip 2 chains, Shell (DC3 + CH2 + DC3 in one space), *skip 4 chains, Shell *repeat to the last 4 sts, skip 2 chains, DC one in the last two chains, CH 3 and turn your work.
Row 2: DC in the second st, *Shell in the middle of the Shell *repeat to the last 2 sts, DC one in the last two sts., CH 3 and turn your work.
Pattern = Row 2
Repeat Row 2
Continue repeat pattern, to be a total of 28 rows (43 cm / 17 in)
Row 29: SC in each stitch across, SC 3 in the middle of the Shell
Turn your work and make loops from the chain of the first row. The first row is the same. The second row is the pattern. Repeat the pattern until you have done 28 rows.
Row 29: SC in each stitch across, SC 3 in the middle of the Shell

Make a magic circle and crochet SC 7 into the circle. Slip stitch to the first st just to close the round
Row 2: CH and make HDC 2 in every stitch across. Slip stitch to the first st just to close the round
Make another button like this. Connect them.
