You will need:
Hook Size 3,5 mm
Scissors 
Stitch markers
Sewing needle
Cotton yarn 70 g
50 g contains 126 yds / 115 m

Size: Adults – 24 cm / 9.5 inches
Size of shoes:
EUR & CN = 38-40
US = 6.5 – 7.5
UK = 4.5 – 5.5

Terminology:
st – stitch
sl st – slip stitch
Rnd – round/row
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet 
DC – double crochet

Instructions:
Use a white-colored yarn.
To begin make 4 chains in a circle.

Rnd 1: 2 chains (CH), 13 double crochet stitches (DC), Total 13 DC. Connect with a slip stitch (sl st).
Rnd 2: 2 CH, 2 DC in the first stitch, *2 DC in the next stitch *repeat to the end row. Connect with a sl st. Total 26 DC
Rnd 3: Add an extra 9 loops.
2 CH, DC in the first stitch, 2 DC in one stitch, *DC in the next two stitches, 2 DC in one stitch *repeat to the end row. Connect with a slip stitch. Total 35 DC.
Rnd 4 – 8: Switch to a red-colored yarn.
2 CH, DC in the first st, DC in the next 34 st. Connect with a sl st. Total 35 DC.
Rnd 9 – 10: Switch to a black-colored yarn.
2 CH, DC in the first st, DC in the next 34 st. Connect with a sl st. Total 35 DC.
Rnd 11 – 13: Switch to a red-colored yarn.
2 CH, DC in the first st, DC in the next 34 st. Connect with a sl st. Total 35 DC.

Measure 10 stitches. Put the stitch markers between them. Work 25 stitches from one stitch marker to another.
Rows 14 – 24: 2 CH, DC in the first st, DC in the next 24 st. Total 25 DC. Turn your work.
For a longer or shorter socks, do a few rows more or less. 

Connect a heel with a sewing needle.

Edges: 
Rnd 1: Use a red-colored yarn. Make SC stitches.
Rnd 2 – 4: Use a white-colored yarn. Make SC stitches.
