You will need:
You can use any yarn and hook you have or love.

Terminology:
st – Stitch
CH – Chain Stitch
SC – Single Crochet
DC – Double Crochet
Shell – 4 DC Shell with chains (DC + 2 CH + 2 DC + 2 CH + DC in one space)

Instructions:

This pattern requires that the number of chains be divisible by 15 + 10 (Multiple of 15 + 10)

Row 1: skip 3 chains, 7 double crochet stitches (DC), skip 3 chains, Shell st, skip 3 CH, *8 DC, skip 3 CH, Shell st, skip 3 CH *repeat to the last 8 chains. Then, make 8 DC to the end row. Turn your work.
Shell stitch: 4 DC Shell with chains (DC + 2 CH + 2 DC + 2 CH + DC in one place)
Row 2: 5 CH, skip 2 st, 2 DC, 2 CH, skip 2 st, DC, *2 CH, SC in a chain space, 3 CH, SC in a chain space, 2 CH, DC over DC, 2 CH, skip 2 st, 2 DC, 2 CH, skip 2 st, DC *repeat entire row. Turn your work.
Row 3: 3 CH (as first stitch), 2 DC in a chain space, 2 DC over 2 DC, 2 DC in a chain space, DC over DC, *Shell st in a chain space, DC over DC, 2 DC in a chain space, 2 DC over 2 DC, 2 DC in a chain space, DC over DC * repeat entire row. Turn your work.
