147 – DIY Tutorial – Easy Crochet Vest

Crochet a beautiful vest. This is free crochet pattern. You can see step by step video explanation and written instructions.

Puff Stitch represents a group 3 of incomplete stitches into the same stitch. When you finish crocheting the partial stitches you will then close the stitch by pulling the yarn through all of the loops that are remaining on the hook.
You need to know how to crochet Chain Stitch (ch), Single Crochet (sc), Double Crochet (dc), Treble Crochet (tc), Puff Stitch (Puff st)

You will need:

Hook Size 4 mm
Yarn 6 x 50g = 300g
6 balls of beige Yarn. Each ball contains 142 yds/ 130 m
1 m = 1,0936 jardi (yds)

Width: 49cm (19.25″)   Length: 51cm (20 “)

Terminology:
st – Stitch
ch – Chain Stitch
sc – Single Crochet
dc – Double Crochet
tc – Treble Crochet

Start 66 chains
Row 1:   skip 1ch, 65 sc
Row 2:   3ch; 64 tc; Total 65 st
Row 3:   3ch; Puff st, 1ch, skip 1st, (Puff st, 1ch – repeat to the end row)
End of the row:  Puff st, 1 ch, 1dc         
Row 4:   3ch; 64 tc;   Total 65 st
Repeat rows 3 – 4
Last Row as Row 3 (Puff st with chain)
Total Rows:  29
