Terminology:

st = stitch
sts = stitches
CH = chain stitch
SC – single crochet stitch
DC = double crochet (yarn over the hook once)
TC = treble crochet (yarn over the hook twice)
V-st = DC + CH + DC in one stitch
DC3Shell with two chains = DC + CH + DC + CH + DC in one stitch

Instructions:

To begin, chains multiple of 6 + 3

Row 1: skip 3 CHs and make DC in the 4th CH, DC one in every chain across.

Row 2: CH one and turn your work, SC one in the first st, CH, skip 2 sts, V-st, CH, skip 2 sts, SC, *CH, skip 2 sts, V-st, CH, skip 2 sts, SC *repeat entire row

Row 3: CH 4 and turn your work; DC3Shell with two chains in the middle of the next V-st, *CH one, DC3Shell with two chains in the middle of the next V-st *repeat to the last V-st, TC in the last st.

Row 4: CH 4 and turn your work; DC one in the next chain space, *CH, DC in the next chain space *repeat to the last CH stitch; CH and DC in the last stitch

Row 5: CH 3 and turn your work, DC one in every stitch across
