395 – Very Easy Crochet for Beginners – Pattern Tutorial

You can see Step by step instructions and a video tutorial on how to crochet a very simple lace crochet design pattern. It’s a very easy and fast project for beginners. Only two rows are repeated.
This pattern can use for a blouse, scarf, vest, and many other things as you wish.

You will need:
You can use any yarn and hook you have or love.

Terminology:
st – stitch
sts – stitches
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet stitch
DC – double crochet stitch  (Yarn over the hook, and then insert the hook into a stitch.
Yarn over the hook, and draw up a loop. Now we have three loops on the hook. Yarn over the hook again and draw the yarn through 1 loop on the hook and then, draw the yarn through 3 loops on the hook.)

Instruction:

To begin, make an odd number of chains.

Row 1: Skip 3 chains and make one double crochet stitch (DC) in the fourth chain, CH one, skip CH and make DC one, CH, skip CH, *DC one, CH, skip CH *repeat this process to the last 2 chains; DC one in the last 2 chains.
Row 2: CH one and turn your work; make SC in the first stitch, CH one, *SC in the next chain space, CH one *repeat entire row; SC in the last st.
Row 3: CH 3 and turn your work, DC one in the first chain space, *CH one, DC one in the next chain space *repeat entire row except for the last stitch; DC in the last st.
