You will need:
You can use any yarn and hook you have or love.

Terminology:

st – stitch
sts – stitches
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet stitch
FPDC – front post double crochet stitch

Instructions:
To begin, chain 21 or any multiple of 8 + 5

Row 1: Skip chain and make SC in the second chain. Make one SC in each chain across. Total 20 SCs.

Row 2: CH one and turn; make one SC in each stitch across.
Row 3: CH one and turn; make one SC in the next four sts; make one FPDC stitch in the next four stitches, just one stitch down; SC one in the next four sts; *FPDC stitch in the next four stitches, just one stitch down; SC one in the next four sts *repeat process entire row
Row 4: CH one and turn; make one SC in each SC stitch across.
Rows 5-6: CH one and turn; make one SC in each stitch across.

Rows 3 – 6 = Pattern
Repeat Rows 3 – 6
