Both panels of the bolero are the same.
Fold panel one in half. On the side of the armhole, measure off about 19 cm / 7.4 in and put the stitch marker.
On the BACK measure off about 13 cm / 5.2 in and put the stitch marker.
Do the same with Panel 2.
Both panels of the bolero are the same.
Connect two panels at the back and on the side below the armholes.
