You will need:
You can use any yarn and hook you have or love.

Terminology:

st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
DC – double crochet stitch (yarn over the hook once)
DC2tog – DC 2 together
FPDC (Front Post Double Crochet)
BPDC (Back Post Double Crochet)

Instructions:
To begin, chain 26 or any multiple of 11 + 4

Row 1: Skip 3 chains (CH) and make one double crochet stitch (DC) in each chain across.
Row 2: CH 3 and make DC in the next st., *DC2tog, CH, DC 2, BPDC, DC 2, CH, DC2tog, DC 2 *repeat this process
Row 3: CH 3, and make DC one in the next two st., DC2tog, CH, DC, FPDC, DC, CH, DC2tog, DC 4, DC2tog, CH, DC, FPDC, DC, CH, DC2tog, DC 3
Row 4: CH 3, and make DC one in the next 3 sts., DC2tog, CH, BPDC, CH, DC2tog, DC 6, DC2tog, CH, BPDC, CH, DC2tog, DC 4
Row 5: CH 3, and make DC one in the next 5 st., FPDC, DC 10, FPDC, DC 6
Row 6: (like Row 4) CH 3, and make DC one in the next 3 sts., DC2tog, CH, BPDC, CH, DC2tog, DC 6, DC2tog, CH, BPDC, CH, DC2tog, DC 4
Row 7 (like Row 3): CH 3, and make DC one in the next two st., DC2tog, CH, DC, FPDC, DC, CH, DC2tog, DC 4, DC2tog, CH, DC, FPDC, DC, CH, DC2tog, DC 3
Row 8 (like Row 2): CH 3 and make DC in the next st., *DC2tog, CH, DC 2, BPDC, DC 2, CH, DC2tog, DC 2 *repeat this process
