261 – DIY Tutorial Crochet Crossed DC With SC stitches

Today I will show you how to crochet crossed DC with SC stitches pattern. This pattern You can use for a blouse, vest, scarf, sweater and many other things. Easy to make.

To crochet this pattern, you will need to know how to

1) crochet a chain

2) single crochet stitch

3) double crochet stitch and

4) 2 crossed double crochet stitches

You will need:
You can use any yarn and hook you have or love.

Terminology:
st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet (yarn over the hook once)
2 crossed DC – 2 crossed double crochet

Instructions:
To begin, it’s necessary to make a chains. Multiple of 16 + 7
I’m going to make 39 chains
Row 1: skip chain, SC to the end row. Total 38 SC.
Row 2: CH one and make SC to the end row. Total 38 SC.
Row 3: Switch to a white-colored yarn.
CH 3, Skip one stitch and make one DC in the next stitch. Then we’re going to make a DC in skipped stitch working behind the previous stitch. This is the crossed stitch. Make the crossed stitches two more times. Then, make SC to next 8 st. *crossed st 4 times, SC 8 *repeat this process. Crossed st 3 times, DC in the last st.
Row 4: as Row 3
Row 5: Switch to a blue-colored yarn.
CH one and make SC to the end row.
Row 6: as Row 5
Row 7: Switch to a white-colored yarn.
CH one and make SC to the next 7 st. Then, make crossed st 4 times. *SC 8, crossed st 4 times *repeat this proces. SC in the last 7 st.
Row 8: as Row 7
Row 9: Switch to a blue-colored yarn.
CH one and make SC to the end row.
Row 10: as Row 9
Do the first and second rows once. Rows 3 – 10 repeat multiple times
Pattern = Rows 3 – 10
Repeat Pattern
