247 – How to Crochet an Easy Honeycomb Stitch Tutorial
Today I will show you how to crochet an easy honeycomb stitch.
This pattern you can use for a blouse, vest, scarf, sweater and many other things.
You will need to know a few basics of crochet for this project.
To crochet this pattern, you will need to know how to 1) crochet a chain 2) crochet a single crochet stitch and 3) crochet a double crochet stitch.

You will need:
You can use any yarn and hook you have or love.
Terminology:
st – stitch
CH – chain stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet (yarn over the hook once)
Instructions:
To begin, it’s necessary to make chains. Multiple of 5.
I will make 25 chains to show you this pattern.
Row 1: skip chain 3, DC in the next two chains, *CH 2, skip CH 2, DC 3 *repeat to the end row
Row 2: chain, SC 2, DC 5 in the chain two space, skip DC, SC, *DC 5 in the next chain two space, skip DC, SC *repeat this process; skip DC one and make SC 2 .
Row 3: CH 5, skip DC one, DC 3, *CH 2, skip DC one, DC 3 *repeat this process, CH 2, DC in the last stitch.
Row 4: CH 3, DC 3 in the chain two space, skip DC one, SC, *DC 5 in the next chain two space, skip DC one, SC *repeat this process; DC 3 in the last chain space, DC in the third chain.
Row 5: CH 3, DC in the next two st, *CH 2, skip DC one, DC 3 *repeat to the end row.
Do the first row once. Rows 2 – 5 repeat multiple times
