207 – DIY Crochet Scarf Lace Pattern

You will need:
Hook Size 2,5 mm
Cotton Yarn 200 g
Ball contains 50 g – 137 yds / 125 m

Size: Width = 15cm / 6″ Length = 150 cm / 59″

Terminology:
st – stitch
CH – Chain stitch
SSt – Slip stitch
SC – Single crochet
DC – Double crochet

Instructions:
Make 36 chains.
This pattern requires that the number of chains be divisible by 3. (Multiple of 3).
Row 1: Skip 3 chains and make double crochet stitches (DC) to the end row. Total 34 st. Multiple of 3 plus 1. Turn your work.
Row 2: CH and make single crochet stitches (SC) to the end row. Total 34 SC. Turn your work.

Row 3: 5 CH, skip 2 stitches, slip stitch (SSt), *CH 5, skip 2 st, SSt *repeat entire row; Turn your work.
Rows 4 – 6: like Row 3
Row 7: 3 CH, *DC 3 into the chain space * repeat entire row; Total 34 st. Multiple of 3 plus 1. Turn your work.
Row 8: CH and make SC to the end row. Multiple of 3 plus 1. Turn your work.

Pattern = Rows 3 – 8

Repeat the pattern 32 times.

Edges

Top and down = like Row 3
On both sides = single crochet stitches
