Cardigans are the perfect layering garment. They keep you warm and cozy. Crochet cardigans are particularly cozy. They are surprisingly easy to make, thanks to the simplicity of their shaping.
You need to know how to crochet Chain Stitch (ch), Single Crochet (sc), Double Crochet (dc), 5 dc in one stitch (5dcShell), 2 crossed dc with chain.

You will need:
Hook Size 5 mm
Yarn 500 g
Oz 3.52; Nm 3.00
4 balls of beige yarn and 1 ball of brown yarn. Each ball contains 100 g, 328 yds/ 300 m.
1 m = 1,0936 jardi (yds)
Size:
Width: 140cm /55.1″ Length: 80cm /31.5″
Terminology:
ch – Chain Stitch
sc – Single Crochet
dc – Double Crochet
5dcShell – 5 dc in one stitch
Instructions:
The initial number of stitches is divisible by 6, plus 1 stitch.
Patten
1 pattern = 6 chains
36 patterns = 216 chains
+ 1 chain to rotate
Total chains: 216+1=217
Start 217 chains (36 patterns + 1 chain to rotate)
Row 1: 1ch; 1sc; skip 2ch; 5dcShell; skip 2ch; 1sc; skip 2ch; 5dcShell; skip 2ch; 1sc …. skip 2ch; 1sc
Row 2: 2ch; 2 crossed dc with chain; 1ch; 1sc; 1ch; 2 crossed dc with chain; 1ch; 1sc; 1ch…. 2 crossed dc with chain
Row 3: 3ch; 2dcShell; 1sc; 5dcShell; 1sc; 5dcShell; 1sc; 5dcShell …. 3dcShell
